We carefully pack each Bala order with intention and ship them from Bentonville, AR. Because our products are small-batch and made with real ingredients, please allow 2–4 business days for processing before shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the U.S. using standard shipping carriers. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.
Local Pickup
If you're local, you’ll have the option to choose free local pickup at checkout. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions and address details.
Delivery Issues
