Refund Policy for Bala Botanicals

We want you to love your Bala Botanicals products as much as we love crafting them. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Refunds: Due to the small-batch, perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at balabotanicals@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund, depending on the issue.
Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
Due to the nature of our handmade/perishable products, custom orders and food items (like Bala Bites) are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned once the order is placed.
